What should I bring with me on the charter?

How many people can we bring?
Artemis comfortably holds 10 Adults, but unfortunately the Coast Guard limits us to 6 paying passengers.
Good News -> You’ll have plenty of space.
Can we choose our own route or stops?
Absolutely. We can plan out the stops together. I will give plenty of options for us to consider.
Is swimming allowed on the charter?
No, swimming is generally not permitted. While a brief, supervised swim may be allowed in extremely calm, anchored conditions, this is entirely at the captain’s discretion, and the activity is not covered by insurance. Anyone choosing to enter the water does so completely at their own risk, as outlined in our waiver.
Are children allowed? Do you provide life jackets for kids?
- 👶 Children must be at least 3 years old to join our charters.
- 🦺 All children under 13 are required by law to wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket (we provide these in child sizes).
- 👨👩👧 Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while onboard.
Do you play music on board? Can we connect our own playlist?
Of course, I have bluetooth connectivity. We can play any music you’d like.
